Floobydust
With kudos to the Master, Bob Pease, you may ask “So what’s all this floobydust, anyway?”. Old hands at analog design will likely have had their hands on the 1976 & 1980 editions of the National Semiconductor Audio/Radio Handbook that actually listed “Floobydust” in their table of contents. Sensei’s advice to all Grasshoppers: revel in some analog history — download and read a compandium of Mr. Pease’s columns, as published in Electronic Design. Enough, already! For our purposes we’ll translate floobydust simply as potpourri, as we use this page to collect useful pieces of our old website that didn’t find a home in some other page.
