2:00 - 2:45 At EOC, load signs, auction, other hamfest items and truck to Academy; Load tables at NMT P-plant storage
3:00 - 4:00 set up tables, chairs; ARES trailer (Mauger) at Academy
4:00 - 5:45 Vendor set-up
5:00 - 6:00 Setup tables, chairs at San Miguel Parish Hall for hamfest dinner. 146.68 talk-in to Parish Hall.
6:00 - - HAMFEST DINNER at San Miguel Parish Hall ($9.00 each)
SATURDAY
7:00 - Academy gate opens - last signs and set-up (coffee, donuts, etc.) 146.68- talk-in.
8:00 - HAMFEST opens. Collect table and tailgate $
(Brundage, et al.).8:00 - 3:00 Sell raffle tickets - 2 helpers at table at all
times, rotate as available. Draw door prizes at half hour intervals. Helpers include Johnson. Leavitt, and Frawley.9:00 - 9:50 ARRL Forum
10:00 - 10:50 MARS Forum
11:00 - 12:00+ NM State ARES/RACES Meeting (other building)
11:00 - 11:55 VEC registration (Braun)
12:00 - ... VEC exams (Braun + 3 examiners) (other building)
2:00 - Draw Grand Prizes
2:20 - ... Take down tables, chairs, signs, sweep, etc.
2:30 - 'Caravan' to tour NRAO electronics lab (Brundage & Boswell)
2:45 - ... Truck SARA hamfest stuff and ARES trailer (Mauger) to EOC.
~3:30 - Exhaustion...
